Lessons are 1/2 hour long and you will pick a date and time as you order the lesson. They can be for the baseball or golf swing. If you have a place to hit, a tripod (or an extra person who can hold the phone), and preferably some earphones, we'll make changes in real time. That's the preferable way to do this. If you don't want to have any of those things, that's ok, you can send me any video you do have (links preferably) to jaime@theswingmechanic.com, and we can just talk on the phone about what you can do moving forward.
